In 2016 celebrities just died and we mourned them. I miss 2016.

I have no interest in a Life Day story now that Bea Arthur can no longer celebrate it with us.

Oh my god please be a Porg trilogy.

Hopefully we’ll FINALLY get to learn how Jar Jar crashed der bosses heyblibber.

The weapons testing was funny as hell, but it was also an inside joke to know which 3 vampires he was talking about.

I’m glad they kept the bigger twist involving thor during the final part of the movie a secret, going as far to use cgi to alter footage from those scenes in the trailers. Nice work.

Favorite quote from a movie full of awesome ones:

“Now you know how it feels!!”

Yeah, I’d say the secrecy still works because *Loki* doesn’t know what’s coming. His reaction to seeing the Hulk was priceless and then Thor getting “Puny godded” just...perfect. I loved it.

Hulk is practically a co-star. How the hell could you keep that confidential?

The final stinger was more Jeff Goldblum bringing the full Goldblum. I’d wade through a French sewer for another 15 seconds of sweet, sweet Goldblum.

Now that was a great hidden item. I kept thinking that once his thunder powers really kicked in that his eye would heal and so when he lands on the bridge that it would look like the trailer. I had no idea that the eye was going to happen, much less be permanent. I assumed from the moment it happened it would be fixed

Yeah, I think this is overlooked a bit too. People point out that we (comic book fans) have no taste, as X-Men: The Last Stand and Spider-Man 3 were the top-grossers of those trilogies despite being pretty terrible... except it leaves out the fact that X2: X-Men United and Spider-Man 2 are considered to be some of the

He IS a kiwi, ie, voiced by Taika Waititi, mo-cap from Taika Waititi.

Right? “A friend from work!” was perhaps the perfect five second distillation of the tone of the film which I bet attracted more people than if they had kept Hulk under wraps until opening night.

This is exactly how the people who’ve greenlit the last 6 years’ worth of DC movies think.

I think it would have been really hard to keep the Hulk’s presence in the movie a secret, which is why they didn’t try. I wish they had kept Spidey out of the Civil War trailers - that, they could have done: no one was sending Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr and Chris Evans out on pre-release PR trips, were they?

I love how he basically starts every line with “Hey, man”
