I had a very similar cancer very recently. I don't fuck with cancer movies right now, whether it's a big or small plot element.

One of my exes was homeschooled because of social anxiety. The other was homeschooled because of religious zealotry. The former I still consider a friend. The latter sexually assaulted me.

My boyfriend saw it and said it was really good. I refuse to see it bc it's a back-door cancer movie.

I was going every other Thursday. If it didn't happen the Tuesday or Wednesday before the next round, then it did not happen. And it usually did not happen.

In my experience, chemo results in abstinence anyway. During the 6 months I was getting chemo, I had sex probably a total of 3 times.

Word. Chemo sucks ass.
