This was a really great interview, and as a trauma survivor w/ PTSD symptoms that have affected my own relationships, I am very interested in reading her book.

Well honestly, I agree with them. She is displaying normal behavior for a baby. Babies just don't belong at fashion shows. Considerate parents do not bring their babies into adult settings.

He groomed her for 2 yrs. He wanted a sexual relationship from the start. He knew she was physically ill over it and said "You'll be fine" and continued on. All of this matters.

He groomed her for 2 yrs. He admitted that he wanted sex since the first time he saw her. For 2 yrs, he seduced her. She did not realize it until after the fact. That matters.

Except that he groomed her for 2 yrs prior to any sexual contact.

Author was stating that the ATTRACTION is normal. She was not saying that it is normal to have a sexual relationship with a parent. At all. Feeling a thing and acting on the feeling are very different. One is unintentional, the other is very intentional.

Based on the actual article, it seems that the title is quite possibly a misleading exaggeration. Like they were dry humping more than actual penetrative sex.

Man was naked, woman was not.

But it seems like dismemberment, the actual tearing away of a body part, should be a more severe charge than regular assault.
