Literally every event. It’s usually pretty cheap and is part of the sponsorship you put up as a business in buying the signs and other stuff.

Came here to say, this is likely coming from the insurance policy. We ran a Hole-In-One lease giveaway at a dealer I worked for decades ago and the fine print made it nearly impossible to claim as the rules were water-tight and most likely have a violation the group could find to not pay out.

... and qualified immunity.

Based on the responses I’m seeing to this situation, the “Don’t Tread on Me” crowd sure seems to love when others get treaded on.

Crumple zones?!

This assumes the driver is looking in the first place, but we have to admit, front-end visibility is getting much worse on new SUVs, especially compared to the sedans and station wagons of yore.

Lowest Bidders at work!

Brightly painted, loud cars in general, but my specific experience was my 1994 Ford Lightning in red.

Yeah I meant 50k.

This has a 11-12 cu ft trunk. That’s tiny. I wanted to like these so much, but 228-hp and a 12 cu-ft trunk were not enough to be a daily that costs $35k.

As if the Olds Cutlass Calais 442 W41 wasn’t obscure enough... We get the Olds Achieva SCX W41.

Don’t give them ideas.

Step 0: Don’t buy a used off-lease EV.

Ford has settings similar to this in their system, setting a maximum for battery charge and then alerts for getting low can be set, so it makes it straightforward. I assume all can do it, but my experience is only with Ford for anything over a quick spin around town.

NJ is the same.

Any cyclist who lived during the steel to aluminum to titanium to carbon fiber path of the industry has had so many of the conversations around material fatigue and vibrations. There’s a reason aluminum is a great material to use to build something, there’s also numerous reasons it’s not. Same for steel.

So Weird2?
