Yep. PINs with MFA verifications. In ALL states that requires a subpoena.
No shit.
Reagan also spun Conrail to a buddy in one of the most egregious thefts in history and permanently stunted any investment in rail upgrades for non-freight use. So as he was willing to spend on space and military, the consistent piece in all of it was getting the right friends on the other end of the contract. He…
They need a close election. They sell hype.
They barely sell the conventional one, so... no idea but likely pretty low. There’s only handful listed for sale across the country.
Those eras of Honda hybrids had a significantly higher battery fail rate inside of 200k miles than comparable Toyotas.
Fair. The Toyota was the real hero car of BTTF.
Those early 00s Internet crime suspense films were a dime a dozen, but none pushed a car like Firewall with the 300c.
Yep, same. I have the DVD as well and it is looooong between anything relevant to plot. That era of detective movies hadn’t figured it out yet.
There’s a minivan in the fleet, along with a hatchback. This would fit in between.
I’m in a similar boat right now, but I am leaning towards an Acadia Denali simply because it has space for kids and dogs in a way that sedans don’t and since there is no such thing as a wagon in the US...
What I said is still relevant. They were mentioned and I said they were my favorites. Is it a tangent, sure, but so is this entire site. Sorry to add to the conversation, my lord.
They made the best kids seats. Putting a Recaro next to a Britax in the 00-10s was night and day, actual side impact protection, snug fit, buckles that snapped firmly to let you know they were secured. Watching the design of Graco and Britax seats shift after Recaro went global for child seats was hilarious, but also…
The reason people like cruises is because they love that everything is available to them with limited walking and not having to drive. It’s like a small town with a functioning main st, but what keeps them there is being able to enjoy that small town with other who have expendable income and none who don’t.
The fishy part was the no warning. I don’t care about clearing a road. But no postings, no notice, just towed even though it was legally a parking spot. If there had been signs up, I’d be more understanding.
I had my LEGALLY parked car towed from streets in Lowell, MA in 2000 when Bill Clinton came to speak at the Tsongas Arena. I was street parked for practice at the boathouse 3 miles away, but because he was arriving on that route, they towed every car parked along the route with 0 warning. His event was in the…
He is the quintessential 1980s power-play management thinker. Leadership is portable and labor is never skilled enough to be more than a commodity. The pathetic side of all of it is how many union workers in the midwest support him despite his obvious distaste for paying fair value to anyone who is not a shareholder.
This is why I only fish where there’s baby wheels.
Yeah, my 16-y/o is going through it now, just got his permit after 6 hours of driving school in the spring.
