Ra's was only bad when they started making his script/motivations utterly inconsistent and incoherent. Matt Nable did a precent decent job, I thought, otherwise, especially in his best scenes.

I've basically concluded that whatever's on that planet will inhabit Ward and he'll be the new big-bad powered villain. It's been coming a long time, but it's totally happening. I'll eat my hat if it doesn't.

Savage nuking the town and Barry having to run so fast to escape that he time travels was insanely awesome, along with the general concept that allows to be played out (though I'd really like the circumstances and/or direct implications of one of those, be explored for more than one episode for once), but the rest

I agree on those points, though I think Paxton and McLachlan's performances were both at times, a bit shaky, but admittedly, also often excellent. You're right there.

I’m not sure it’s so much trends as just increased adoption of up and coming and improved tech. None of the things you mentioned are trends, and are things that are going to be around for basically as long as gaming and 3d environments exist, and the same is likely going to go for photogrammetry, 3d scanning, and

I feel like “horizontal door/hatch that is only partially open (or half-fallen object) has become the bespoke this is how you crouch introduction concept”, to the point that it’s almost a slight inside joke in game development, when included in an opening sequence?

Wait. Barry's son? I do believe you mean Oliver. Either that, or I missed some serious plot threads.

Let's be honest, who would?

Wasn't it actually Oliver last? When he was testing Thea as the Arrow?

There's the rack, too. But yeah. Her line readings are pretty uninspired, honestly.

I was thinking this, too. It's something a Wells would do.

Also, I thought they upped the security at Star Labs so not just anyone could walk right the fuck in?

"You are my density."

They really need to just get the FF rights, if only for Doom. I feel like it's close to happening, honestly, especially after the trainwreck that happened with the most recent FF movie.

McDonough is incredible.

"I’m used to Barry giving out his secret identity like business cards at this point (except to whoever he’s romantically involved with at the time), so it didn’t shock me that he showed his face to Kendra after knowing her for about 10 seconds."

I'm generally not a massive fan of Sava's reviews, though we do occasionally agree, -and honestly, this is one of those times where I do actually agree with him mostly.

Sadly. It would likely at least have a compelling group dynamic, if he was running the show.

He could literally be his stunt double, I feel like.

Don't have that problem here, but it's a pretty varying thing, highly dependent on your individual tech situation. YouTube is definitely likely more consistent in performance, particularly in lower-performance environments.
