I'm not dismissing it. Just acknowledging that there were massive amounts of deaths perpetrated by both sides. And that the likelihood of even remotely a large portion of them being all genuinely "evil", is very low. And even if they were all evil, killing more than a 1,000,000 people never seemed to bother Luke much.…

Each of those likely had at minimum a thousand crew members. So…, pretty high. But apparently Luke was fine with killing all the people on the Death Star, so I'm not sure Star Wars really cares, if it's "bad" people you're killing.
