Man, this show is just so much worse than Clone Wars. I had hope it would improve after this season's "movie" premiere, that was pretty good, but it's jut not happening. It doesn't even remotely compare.
-sigh-

Ah. Haha. I was far off the mark on that one. It lined up with the same thing, though!

The Halo series was DEFINED by split-screen. Both Co-Op and Multiplayer. It was the definitive gather-round and play-together series for an entire generation. Even if Halo 5 were/is fantastic, I can’t see how the lack of split-screen wouldn’t sour it for me, and it seems for many, it’s the same.
As much as Halo is a

Angry Orchard? Ergh.

I don’t drink much, but Hornsby’s is better. Angry Orchard is very eh.

I'm up for it.

Didn't say the theory made sense.
Was just amused by it, and I think it could've been an interesting direction to go.
Hm.
Stinger.
Come to think of it, this episode didn't have a stinger for me. I think I might have missed it. Oops.

Are there any differences between this and the leaked pilot from the summer? Anyone know?

Oh man.
Hadn't even considered that.

I was going to have a fit over the battery, while I watched, but they gave the Fitz-engineered line, and I grunted and accepted it.

The whole thing was a massive sci-fi reference. I mean…, a NASA space mission in 2001 involving sending a team on a (dare I say) odyssey to investigate a large mysterious black monolith?
Hm. Now why does that sound familiar.

Exactly. This wasn't nearly as bad, but definitely a similar thing.

Barry finally gets a West, just not the one he expected.

Man, we haven't seen Big Belly Burger in so long. :(

Ugh. Fuck Disney. (I assume we're talking about the Clone Wars.)

That would be such an amazing easter egg.<3

wat.

I think the whole "fire directed from hands" way of flying just doesn't work. Much prefer "Human Torch-ish" flames on the whole body, or at least "around" or on the edges of the body as a whole, style of flying.

Agreed on the Jay thing. Would've liked at least a vague visual shoutout, or a line mentioning he was up to something. He was just…, a bit too absent. Like they forgot about him.

Crap. Didn't make the connection. No wonder I immediately didn't trust him.

I’d guess part of the problem is that rather than creating custom animations for each assassin, like they used to, most of them are shared now (even between titles), which leads to problems like these, along with a lack of individual flair, nuance, or feel to each character’s movement.
