Bernardi, though I have heard recently from friends that they've come around and improved their service considerably. A couple of people I know have bought from them and had a great experience.

I just looked it up and I guess 919 and 962 are actually pretty close. The way they have flattened and narrowed the bodywork on the 919 just adds to the effect though.
OK, that 919 picture just blew my mind. I’ve been up close to 917s and 956/962s, I just assumed it was a similar scale. That thing is incredibly tiny.
Actually, I had that exact same thing happen at an Audi dealer in MetroWest Boston. I straight-faced asked the guy, "When would be convenient for you?"
You guys imported these things from back east and still don't have enough? Wes, send me your address so I can Fedex you some of these fuckers out of my damn yard.
This design is making a live electrical connection in a way the outlet was never intended to. That is NEVER a good thing where home wiring is concerned. You have a risk of shorts, heat built up, etc. There are some great solutions out there already for about the same price that would take even an amateur only a couple…
Oh hell, now the hipsters are going to start skiing.

I actually saw this thing at the New York Auto Show back when it was held at the long- gone New York Colessium on Columbus Circle. I have more pictures of it somewhere buried in a box.
Pass that one all the time when I am heading over to Woodstock Station for a beer after a hike.
Also, don't cross the streams.
The valets for the restaurant on the ground floor of our office building will fill up the handicap spots after hours at night because there is nobody around. The guys who run the car wash will pull cars into the handicap spots as they shuffle cars around too. My point being, we have no idea what's going on here or…
The Navy snapped up all the N codes
That one could also double as a poster for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
As James May said, TVRs were "a ticket to a festival of plastic death".
I 100% agree with you, but I am told by a wealthy Asian friend that these will sell well in Asian markets like Hong Kong where overpriced and blinged-out cell phones are common too. I think that like the champagne/gold colored iPhone, these were really aimed at a different market than ours where ostentatious displays…
MIPS will arrive on Smith's range of Koroyd-equipped helmets this spring
The amusement continued once I got to the dealer. They had a great service area and a very sympathetic service writer took all of my information and promised that they could get to work on it that evening and keep it safe from the weather in the shop. He asked me for my keys so one of the lot guys could pull it…
