The NPR reviewer is Linda Homes formerly of Television Without Pity. She sounded like her old self in that review. 

It really bothered me that Jane, whose personality consists of “writer” + “uptight”, said the phrase “I have less options.” The correct wording is “fewer”. An uptight writer would know that. 

Yeah, I hate his mushy, slobbery voice. 

That’s a classic though. 

They’re also weak and incompetent. I think I could stand the sleazy and unlikable if they were at least GOOD at plotting.

Jesus, thank you. Staying at a job you hate, where people do deplorable things you bitch about constantly, is NOT being a moral backbone. 

And yet Facebook and Microsoft have yet to kill anyone. 

I also always forget France.

I wish I could star this so many more times

It’s like if Futurama had Amy as the star. 

Oh yeah I never volunteer and I’m sure I’ve been viewed as selfish and not a team player my whole career. 

The preventative “clean up” work women do is invisible, and so never gets any credit. The “heroic” work men do by letting everything fall apart first in a very visible way, and then cleaning it up, is rewarded.

Is this stuff getting worse or just more public?
