She was on The Daily Show last week. She said she's having a concert pretty soon in London but that the audience should be careful with their expectations. She said she has about five good bass notes and that she can sing the hell out of 'Old Man River'. So, she can still sing, but her range is pretty limited.

The amazing thing to me about Moon/Entwistle is the sort of yin/yang thing they had going on. Keith Moon was like a barely-contained storm (it sounds like he was often right on the verge of falling apart completely) and Entwistle was just a rock, absolutely solid all of the time.

I would say that Entwhistle is right at the top of the "rock" bassists, although that's an awfully tough thing to classify. In the larger arena of popular music, he isn't clearly superior to James Jamerson, imo.
