Setting aside all my other concerns about streaming... I participated in the pilot of Project Stream, and I have to say that it was light years away from replacing a console.

I’m extremely dubious. I beta tested Project Stream, and while it was, strictly speaking, functional, it didn’t run especially well. The stream would frequently struggle, leading to muddy graphics or frame rate drops.
