Thing is, I can’t see where polestar said anything. A quick google search showed no press release.  It appears they released the methodology and results to Cnet and everyone pulled out their jump to a conclusion mats.  

But results don’t show the Polestar as being the best.  It finished 2nd and 4th when comparing actual range to stated range.  

It isn’t correct though - although it may become that way next gen. Right now you can get apps on your xbox or PS4 without buying thing from Sony or Microsoft. You can buy games at Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc. You can even buy digital codes from them if you don’t want the disc. So you aren’t forced to buy the game…
