no one here thinks we can’t hook up a PC to a TV.  we don’t WANT to hook up a PC to a TV.

you’re not double dipping if you don’t own a gaming pc that you’ve shoehorned into a living room

“do you like cars?”

omg, i didn’t think the question with a 2 or 3 digit answer would actually become a slideshow

I agree and hope that’s the case, but thought it odd to specifically mention an investigation into immigration status.

what exactly is border patrol doing to help? immigration status is irrelevant.

well i hope we can use it on the roads too

ok that is fair. however, my xbox is still capable of turning on/off my tv and audio receiver and switching inputs automatically. i do not know if PCs do that.

Making up a question?  I literally block quoted the OP.  Show me where the OP implied a gamer already had a gaming PC in the original question.

You are wrong, here is the exact quote from the OP:

Where is your TV located relative to your PC? What do you do when you need to sit at a desk and use a PC for PC things? Can you hear your PC’s fan? Does your PC support eARC? Can you see PC LEDs while using TV? Can you just turn on your Xbox controller and boot directly to a game on your PC within 5 seconds, including

no, what gets lost in the PC vs console debate is console people just don’t want a gaming PC

well my good sir, i choose not to do such a thing.

i have seen it in stock, but then it says not available for pickup or delivery

that was like $800 more at the time tho.

have you considered, i don’t feel like it?

of course you can, but how much will that PC cost to build and manage verse the simplicity of a quiet, eARC enabled console?

so i can sit on my comfortable couch and play on a 55" OLED screen?

Restricting the rights and opportunities of others based on gender identity is the opposite of love, compassion and self sacrifice.

This is a good comment, but doesn’t address the challenges developers face with this type of project.
