I can’t see why they’d take the award from him since it was voted on before his awful behavior. Perhaps they will ban him from future awards.

Actually the chain of command is Best Actor, Vice President of the MPAA, Speaker of the House, President pro tempore of the Senate, and then Second Best Actor.

Poor Andrew Garfield just can’t win these things outright.

The chances of that happening are nearly zilch.

I doubt it would be re-awarded, just revoked.

A cult leader, with actual real demonstrable power, with an obsession with Egyptian mythology already having a cultist or two in a major museum with a prominent Egyptian display made sense to me.

I just watched the episode while visiting my folks. They don’t really know who Oscar Isaac is and they both thought the actor was actually English until the final scene when we actually get see Mark speak; they then recognised him as the dude from Star Wars...which probably says something about Isaac’s skill as an…

i don’t think it’s so much that it’s distracting as much as something that people can point at and go ‘we know this is fake’ and feel like they know something. 

How about the fact that we now have F Murray Abraham in the marvel universe??
