I still think the Trail Boss LT looks good. It could look fantastic if Chevy got rid of the 3 things I highlighted and toned it down a bit on the aggression. What ever happened to understated beauty and walking quietly and carrying a big stick.

Couldn’t agree more. I’m 29 and ultimately went with an Sierra All Terrain. It’s attractive and professional. It was a huge help while remodeling my house and blends in perfectly when I’m onsite at a client (risk mgmt. consultant). It can also haul 5 dudes, camping equipment, and their mountain bikes comfortably which…
Link was broken for me. Here is the link to the article.
Literally 100's. $4k is the industry price point for full squish carbon MTB’s with XT or Deore components. You could get this bad boy for around $4k. https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/hightower-lt
I mean, if they wanted to take the idea further an electric motor at every corner and a diesel or gasoline generator. Trains have done something similar to this since the 50's. Why it hasn’t translated into long haul trucks or automobiles makes me think its not profitable or some other similar issue.
GM has had eAssit 1500's for two years now. I’d love to see them ditch the transfer case and forward running gear in favor of a twin electric drive motors and a battery bank. That way you could drive the truck using electric power and still have 4wd.
I’m not worried, I’ll take putting $2.70 gas in my Sierra over paying $4.00 for premium for my old Mercedes in 2013. Also a marginal increase of $0.30 a gallon is not going to hurt the budget of someone who can already afford a $45,000 car or truck. Unless of course they’re already highly leveraged and living beyond…
No, its because of the switch over to federally mandated low sulfur diesel and gasoline that occurs every year in May/April and reverts again around August/September. The marginal increase in price occurs because the low sulfur is more expense, demand surges during these holiday periods, and the supply dips briefly as…
I’d buy the crap out of that! Especially if it came with a John Wayne Colt Revolver.
Forbes’s list makes more sense. It seems like I still see 90's era Explorer’s on the road and those are coming up on 20 years old now. Pretty soon they can get antique tags.
Mid-grade gas is a gas pump feature, that blends the regular and premium gas at a station to give you midgrade. You could literally have infinite blends of the premium and regular gas at a particular pump. The main octanes that are shipped through the pipelines are 87 and 93, everything else is typically a blend.…
I’ve always preferred ‘Stab-N-Go’.
Grew up near Paris Island, and I used to love going watching the pilots buzz the marsh while boating.
I would suspect suv’s, trucks, and cross overs are going to continue to be the way of the future. The majority of American’s want to surrounded by leather and lots of metal, high off the road, get decent MPG, and not have to deal with fussy engineering. They simply don’t give a shit about driving dynamics,…
Seriously, dark interiors turn into ovens when its 100 degrees out. Remote window open and remote start is a necessity if you live in a warmer climate.
Neutral. In no way shape or form would I spend almost $20k for the joy of trumpeting around suburbia as a leather clad land pirate to the flatulent music of the Harley v twin. I have better things to do with my time, like stapling my scrotum to the garage door.
So what’s your LeMons Race Team name?
From the look of the rear axle and the fact that its a two door, I’d guarantee that it started life as a humble 2 door jk wrangler.

I wonder if they’ll have similar discounts to other trucks on the market. $25k on the hood sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
