I haven’t seen any in the DMV area. Going into the fall/winter months, I doubt if I’ll see any before spring.

I’m enjoying my ‘11 5 speed Fozzy more than I thought I would. Ain’t quick at all but the huge sunroof, heated cloth seats, straight pipe exhaust and tenacious AWD more than makes up for it being boring.

Let’s call the “Supra” what it is. A Z4 Coupe.

I inherited my dad’s 2004 F150 5.4 Crew Cab 2 years ago. It just turned 89k miles. I’m 6’2” and always liked small cars. I still have a ‘14 Miata that I absolutely love and a 5 speed ‘11 Forester with 150k miles as a bad weather vehicle.

How about a WRX?  It can be had with the less desirable automatic to handle the horrible traffic. The AWD is also good in the winter when we get a rain/snow mix on untreated roads.

How about build on the 2nd generation MR2 and call it an MR4?

I drove a 2005 Lamborghini Murciélago roadster as part of a 6 car exotic car drive. We drove about 40 minutes in each car. The Lamborghini was the last car I drove. At 6’3” I didn’t fit well. The peddles are offset to the right and with the top off all I could hear were the 4 fans above my head trying to cool the

Why waste time asking specific car questions in a city that is car adverse?

GTA revival?

Was the red R8 ok?

Great. But it still can’t outrun its ugliness.

Neutral: Pay attention to what Toyota did withe the Supra and DON’T DO THAT.

One thing I’ve learned since my ‘96 C4, buy the last year of the model generation.  GM constantly makes corrections throughout the model’s life. Towards the end of the run they pretty much worked out the kinks.

The more I read about this “Supra” the more I think it would have been better if they gave it a new name. Called it the “96” a big brother to the 86. Clean slate with no connection to the Supra.

If this survives a next generation I hope it doesn’t follow the Supra formula.  Keep it simple, light and faster than the previous generation at a reasonable price or let it die out.

That is a rare bird. But $11k is $6k too much.

The Mazda hatchback could use that rear view mirror. I think it is a great feature with an override to the standard mirror if it fails.

I always thought they are pretty cool.  I drove one and thought it was easy to drive. Seats were a bit hard.

The hatchback AWD is perhaps the most significant new car that has my attention. I’m heading to the NY autoshow next month just to see it in person. Just as I did when the ND Miata was unveiled.

That is awesome. Never knew about it. Perhaps GM saw this as a threat to the C4 ZR-1 that was to be released in 1990 and quietly ended production.
