Discovering that pre marinated H-Mart bulgogi was definitely a game changer for me. I do food experiments sometimes, and still the one my friends liked most was when I made pizzas with beef bulgogi (precooked in a pan before going on the pizza), green onion kimchi, and kimchi base mixed in with the marinara.
