I did fully read it and maybe my argument does suck, so my apologies. My main intent was to defend Ellen for defending her own ethos of kindness, because generally speaking I think we need more of that, but now it seems like I’m defending the actions of President Bush - probably my least favorite person of my entire

This is likely the biggest mistake I’ve ever made on Kinja, but god help me, here I go.

Settle a score in my office. You’re typing and realize you misspelled something. Do you…

Sudafed is his drug of choice, allegedly.

So we agree that Trump has likely never smoked weed, but he’s for sure taken enough perscription pills to kill most of the race horses on Earth, right? I mean, I see him doing that and not counting it as “drugs” because it was from a doctor, or some sort of “medical person” who told him it would increase his manliness

What a laughable statement. Who thinks he “came up” with the ideas of cars having batteries (a technology that’s been around for nearly 100 years). The man puts his resources to work on difficult and exciting projects. “He manipulates his employees into believing he’s worth the amount of money he makes”. Yeah, he also

I like and admire Musk and I wouldn’t dare try to defend this behavior. I hope he’s A) ashamed of himself B) learns some humility from this and C) pays the award in good faith.

Right, exactly. That’s the crux of the question. They try hard and get a ‘pass’ on some of the public scrutiny of sorts. I’m wondering if Atlanta had the same effort or relationship with their local tribe would it go the same route. Pure curiosity on if the Braves could build what FSU has with the Seminoles nearby.

You just wrote it all for them in this one comment. They don’t need to now. Good work, Saints fan!

“Rickey Henderson’s gonna miss playing for Tony La Russa.”

Great response, I'm racist for asking a question, you're a moron.

Umm if you say so.  What about my question was dishonest? Seems like you don't have a real answer, just pre-written bullshit response that has no meaning.

Actually they are probably doing the right thing, assuming someone called for help. If someone takes a literal nosedive into concrete they might have neck damage and should only be turned over by medical personnel.

Someone nonchalantly asks “Is he dead?”

Honest question, do you really think all Braves fans who do "the chop" in support of their team, are racist people?

More to the point, I think respect and sportsmanship are important, but getting pissy about it if you don’t get the amount of respect YOU think you deserve is just as immature, if not more so. It’s like the boss who has to constantly remind everyone that he should be respected, which means he really deserves none.

I mean, if Acuna had pointed at Martinez and done the D-X crotch chop towards him, you might have a point. Taking an extra couple of seconds to admire the fact that you just hit a baseball halfway to the moon doesn’t exactly qualify as poor sportsmanship in my book.

I wanted him to respect the game & respect me as a veteran player.

Fair enough. I was reading his reply as if it were coming from me ("why is this itemized on the receipt and not baked into the menu price?"), not the more likely "thanks Obama".

I’m regretting this as I type it, but this is a way restaurants can get your butt in the seat and order, then spring the added cost at the last minute. I support paying benefits, but I hate this sneaky crap. Just roll it into menu pricing with a note on the menu.  I’m wondering which MOA place this is, as I very well
