I will cop to loathing Christmas music but at least this is the first season where I finally understood why. Now that I have a nephew and spend a lot of time with him, it became staggeringly obvious that all the crappy jingles are baby music.

I’m in.
With the correct guiding hand or creative partner, I still think he has some good films left in him.
I’ll admit I was still gonna watch this but NOT NOW!
And then I hear “there’s nothing to watch” and I just want to tear my hair out.
“Even Hard Boiled (1992), one of the most important action movies ever made, that’s been gigantically influential, and whilst that is available - there is only a single source - you can rent/buy it on Amazon video.”
In some ways, yes, almost impossible to argue with.
I imagine that or the MSQ drives them apart, forces them onto opposing sides, only to come together for an orgy of violence&crime that leaves them in control of their own destinies.
Agreed, great promise in grounding the overall story on a genuine romance allows for emotional moments despite the ridiculousness of it all.
In their defense, there are good reasons. LA and Miami as a base area both allow for a lot of outdoor areas and greenery despite being a city. Liberty\NYC...less so but it at least has harbors and can evoke a skyline everyone in the world knows.
That’s a great goddamn trailer. I had no hype, now I have some mild hype.
Yeah that’s a long wait, assuming a Feburary release which we shouldn’t.
Yes and no? RDR2 required an insane amount of time&resources and between that>A5 the bar for a sequal is incredibly high.
People liked Barbie on release and were hyped for it beforehand.
i’m fairly confident this will be the only one I don’t fire back up 3 or 4 times. even the ones i didn’t like\finish (FO4) justified dipping back in with full mods.
Almost certainly. They already told the investors to prepare for a multi-billion dollar surge next year.
I have to imagine they’ve spent these years putting the same level of detail into GTA6 we saw in RDR2. It may or may not be worth it but it WILL be impressive.
We got to mountain bike in the last game, gotta hope they don’t take that from us.
I could believe that by the time the discussion began, a decent amount of the top tier talent had already shifted to RDR2. Maybe by the time they decided they had a good enough idea, some of the key voice talent was no longer available? They certainly spent time&money improving the base game, the graphical upgrades…
It is a reasonable worry IF they hadn’t literally vomited detail into RDR2 long after it was clear how much cash GTAO was making.
