Huh, I heard of them doing something with 06 in Generations but I never kept up on it. I’ll look into this, thanks.

It still looks excruciatingly slow.

I’m not one of those, “Sonic’s about SPEED” types, but this game’s movement speed is definitely slow than I found Sonic should move.

I’m unsure how much help these fans can really do to the level design of this game without completely deconstructing it, but I’m sure they’ll still give

Well, now I’m left wondering where people will direct their impotent rage if review bombing isn’t an option.

I still use the Grid view for my Library. This seems overly busy to me as I just like selecting the category I want and navigating to my game.

I’ve used a controller to operate my PC from the couch for years- originally with Controller Companion, but that’s no longer needed with controller integration built right in. I’ve used an Xbox 360, PS4, Steam, and Switch controller on my system. I just hold whatever the Home/PS/Guide/whatever button to bring Steam up

I found that Revelations 2 on the Switch was pretty easy to control with the joycon gyro controls (I did the one joy con in each hand thing). It took a bit of getting used to, similar to how it took me some time to get used to Skyward Sword on the Wii (since that didn’t use IR, it was all gyro with that little nubbin

Resident Evil 1 was on the Wii? How did I miss this?

Now playing

I can’t see Furret without thinking of this.

Oh hey, during my stint of playing Destiny 2 this was the armor I used the entire time.

Except it was bright pink.

And my helmet was like a Daft Punk LED helmet.

I forgot it could even have fluff; it’s been a while since I played that last.

Game of the year 31 years and running, bay-bee!

They’ve been thankfully knocking it out of the park with recent titles, so I have some hope that the new Yoshi game will have a decent soundtrack.

Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade 2, Splatoon 2 (okay it’s not for everybody but the songs are at least mildly catchy), and probably some others that have slipped my mind, give me at

I’ve felt basically the same since Reach.

Reach’s MP was... okay. I abhorred the DMR because every match turned into teams turtling over areas with the greatest lines of sight. The revision of Blood Gulch was fucking horrible due to this as you’d catch somebody, call your shot, and it was just that game after game

I played through World of Light without getting my mains until super late (Mewtwo, Luigi, Roy, for example), but you don’t really have to play a ton of different characters.

I mostly used Pikachu, Peach, and Dr. Mario in World of Light, but I’d back out of WoL every 10-15 minutes to unlock a new challenger.

I’ve been

Yeah, it’s a really massive shame. Being able to climb with it was massively helpful.

Wolf seems a lot of fun. He has a reasonable projectile and great attacks, from what I can see when he’s slapping my shit online.

I may pick him up and try him out for a while, as I’m having to contemplate picking up a new character. I’ve mained Luigi since 64, but Ultimate nerfed Luigi’s off stage ability pretty

There are different formats for events, and what the format is determines which cards you can play.

Standard is just cards from the most recent couple years- sets “rotate out” of Standard so they can no longer be used, meaning that card pools are always fresh (and that the player base always has to spend money, lol).

Go to Smashboards and ask questions.

Honestly, that’s what I did. I’m still godawful, but it’s a start. Most of the people there aren’t asshats and you can ask some very specific questions because there’s a separate forum for each character. Videos, etc., tend to get linked there too.

.... Stay away from the subreddit

Sonic can’t swim. He can sink to the bottom and climb back out, provided he has enough air or a bubble shield, but he can’t seem to swim in the vast majority of his video game incarnations. He either runs along the top of it if at high enough speed, or he sinks to the bottom.

Would you prefer they stay accurate to the

That sounds about right. My wife liked JC3 and she basically only likes sim games (The Sims, Anno, SimCity, that kind of stuff), Japanese and WRPGs like Pokemon and Dragon Age, and GTA style games with loads of absurd destruction.

I think games like that make a nice palette cleanser in between scenarios in Anno 2070

I didn’t buy it day one, but whenever I did purchase it, there was some memory leak problem in the game. I do not know how long that was an issue after release, but I know I got the game on a discount of some amount because I wanted to show my wife how absurd it was (she only likes sim games, like Sims and Anno, J/WRPG
