Anybody not in Madrid or Barcelona is second tier in La Liga. The last championship not one by Athletic, Real, or Barca was Valecnia in 2004. Sevilla while consistently appearing and successful in Europe has not won a domestic title since 1946 so second tier sounds about right.

I always find it odd that WWE gets called DVR proof when it is literally the only show that I use the DVR on, everything else I watch and don’t worry about the commercials but WWE is the only show that contains both things i definitely want to see along with things you couldn’t pay me to actually sit through (for

I avoid Barstool completely and visit Deadspin multiple times a day but I have to say PFT Commentator won that exchange.

This raises the question I always have of MLS fans, why should I support an inferior product? It costs me the same to watch an MLS game and be a fan of it as it does to be a fan of EPL or Budesliga (All are housed on the same tier for my cable company) so why watch MLS? To me this is like choosing to watch a Double A

Nick Young and JaVale McGee getting rings is the only thing that makes the Warriors almost tolerable.

Riley’s Knicks were fun to watch though maybe not the most pretty of basketball but intense as all hell and entertaining.

I am just confused on who Tommy G could even be an attempt at naming.

I know when this series is over I will be hating the Celtics for giving me a few moments of false hope that we might avoid a Cavs-Warriors part 4.

this is exactly what happened. The players thought the money would flow the the veterans but any good accountant could have told them they just created an incentive to hire more rookies since they are price controlled cheap labor.

I still think Cavs in 6 maybe 7 but I am very happy it looks like the Celtics will be bringing some fight, and making the thing worth watching.

In non-USA soccer the leagues are set up kind of like Baseball with Minor leagues, except unlike baseball the minor league teams are independent.

Considering it is about a soccer team, anyone who watches soccer would know that to be relegated would mean being sent to the next lower level in this case 2.Budesliga (Yes that is the actual name of the German second flight)

It probably snows more that five, hell I grew up in MN and it snowed from Oct (there was always snow on the ground for Halloween) to Mar or April each year that right there is 6 or 7 Canada has to be worse right?

For me the difference is that when Jordan and Kobe did it the goal was to score and any fouls were a secondary benefit. With Harden it seems like the goal is to get the foul and any actual scoring as a secondary benefit.

It is almost like efficiency and entertainment value are different things.

Because that wouldn’t be a finals outcome but a WCF outcome, the Rockets outcomes for the finals are on the list so baked into each of those is a Rockets beating GSW outcome since otherwise they would not be in the finals.

Bad list any Cavs-Warriors outcome should be well below getting hit by Kendrick Perkins or a bus same thing really.

Congrats the Process produced a first round victory over the Heat, that is well worth being dog shit for three plus years. You might want to wait until you have actual accomplishment before declaring success.

I would be in the third group, just bored with them.

In basket ball it is done because it lengthens the game and extends a change to win, which it the point of the game itself.
