Since I know there has been discussion here about women getting long-term birth control or having their tubes tied (and after my mom had five kids, the doctors still questioned her reasoning for wanting her tubes tied, after all she had had three girls back to back, the next one could be a boy).
If Texans are in favor of legislation based on the Bible (such as Leviticus’ alleged proscription against sodomy), then they should be on board with criminalizing masturbation or any other form of wasting the “seed” (e.g., pulling out, condoms, the rhythm method, wet dreams). This should be called Onan’s Law.
