God, yes. Heaven forefend we be able to communicate in utter privacy, with the only price being a small delay in the arrival of the information... Those who routinely pay for couriers and can afford them Just Can’t Understand why we still need the mails...

US Mail is the best! Did you guys know that it is the only form of communication that it is illegal for a government or private agent to read without a real court order from a real judge? Did you know that first-class mail will get pretty much anywhere in the US except Alaska and Hawaii, in three days of less?

I’m glad you were able to watch it while you were recovering from surgery. It’s soothing while also at the same time being delightful! One of my favorites is the Hibernation episode. Grizz and the Japanese body pillow!

She-Devil is marvelous also. The novel upon which it is based is much more chilling and dark, but the movie has its own virtues, especially Meryl Streep as the romance novels author.
