Tesla, especially CyberTruck

It looks so bland and generic that it wouldn’t be out of place in San Andreas

The V8 gets like 14 MPG city, ain’t no way I am taking that over the PHEV with more power and torque. I have a lifetime MPG average of 79 MPG so far with this thing.

I work for a retailer, and when we send food and water to hurricane victims, as we do literally every time there is a major hurricane, we do not force them to sign up for a food delivery service with a free week and force them to make a deposit and keep them on the hook for monthly payments if they don’t cancel. Fuck. No.

Because wealthy people do not WANT a easily accessible high speed rail to popular destinations. The last thing they want is more of THOSE people going to THEIR special spots.

The world that’s been brainwashed by 40 years listening to conservatives actors 24/7.

Flood damage sucks, it’s a nasty mess on a good day, this level is a nightmare to get out of.

There’s a reason they use mules/donkeys in places like the Grand Canyon, can carry a decent load a long way on very narrow paths. Not the coolest and fastest but the best for the job at hand. It really sucks, beautiful area, feel bad for the people dealing with the ongoing disaster.

Can we start calling them External Combustion Engines?

Now playing

Red Fang’s “Wires”. Squarebody Impala wagon destroying shit for no reason whatsoever.

What drive me NUTS in rental cars is that I am by nature a VERY smooth “10 and 2" driver. So the lane keeping ends up yelling at me even WITH both hands on the wheel! And too many cheap cars with it ping-pong back and forth in the lane if you actually try to use it. Absolute garbage until you get to things like Super

I want to say the Countryman and BMW X1 share a platform, which is pretty darn CUV-ish to me. That said, enjoy! I bet a JCW Countryman is a hoot. I loved flogging the two R52 naturally-aspirated Minis I had, and the pair of S’s as well.

Same with mine. With no rear seats for “mom” to control, the passenger screen in mine is pretty useless.
I could see it for off-roading, as a guide can watch more cameras to assist the driver. But for entertainment? Passengers will either have their phone, iPad, or a good ole’ fashioned book.

Well the SS 1LE not entry level either. It’s pretty much the top of the line SS trim.

I’ve had that reaction to buffets twice in my life. Haven’t been to one in 20 years nor will I.

When my father served as a physician on the U.S.S. Spruance in the late 70's/early 80's, when they were tracking Soviet subs, they would play the Imperial March through underwater speakers as they tracked them. R.I.P. Dad.

What does this have to do with the border? It involves two people on a flight from Miami to Vegas.

Don't drive after eating burritos. Got it!
