Looks good! I went and spent a few hours smoking some baby back ribs. Needed a better glaze with some sweetness. The sauce I used really didn’t show up to complement the spicy rub I had on the ribs. Otherwise, I mauled half the rack in a matter of minutes. My kitchen and living room smell like bacon.

My sister just went over to London for a week and saw the Panthers game. We have and ex-pat cousin that lives over there and my sister asked them if there was anything she could bring over. The answer was candy corn for their kids..... So my sister got them the Halloween with bag with the individual fun-sized packets s Read more

I thought about the V8, but I can get those kicks in my Chevy SS. Infotainment is shit tons better than the system in my Chevy as well. Got mine in white so to try and minimize the amount of chrome on it. Still looks clean when it is dirty.

After an ‘85 Nissan Sentra 4-dr hatch, I bought my parent’s (really moms) ‘90 Acura Integra LS in the champagne paint color. Loved that car, though I wished for more powers in it. Got rear ended by a Saturn and it was totaled....... It was first owned by a high school friend, whom my parents bought it off of, and then

Yeah, I checked back in when I got home and the YouTube channel that I captured off of for the first pic zoomed out and the top had filled in some by the time I got home from work. the area down in front was about the same. A lot of QAnon followers there based on some live feeds from before the rally.

Yeah. Indycar wanted to do a DC GP years ago and wanted to run it around part of the Mall. I digitized the proposed course from what I remember. US Gov’t said no for a lot of reasons including road damage, noise, not in keeping with the area, etc....

I haven’t had many issues with my ‘14 Jeep GC Summit. Just hit 80K miles on it. You can get them below $30K used, but with a few miles. AWD, V6 is not to bad, air suspension ride is great, especially for long trips for long trips. The HK speaker system is really nice. Has all the tech gadgets. Only thing I miss that I Read more

It used not to be that way in our office, but it may have changed.  Since it is a contractor, not sure if those rules apply unless they do because of the contract.  I hardly travel so, I don’t have to deal with such things.  Might be the company trying to be penny pinchers.  A lot of our travel is overseas.

Trump crowd so far in Dallas. There is an hour to go maybe, but security wants you in there early so the Secret Service can lock the place down before Trump arrives. Lower seats in the bowl are full. Above, not so much. Maybe a little on the sides. Space between the stage and the press riser, maybe half full or a littl

Or the employer will only pay for cattle class and if the employee would like to upgrade, if it is possible, it is on their own dime. That pay for your own flight wouldn’t go in my office. Asking someone just out of college and you tell them they have to pay a $1000+ one way for a flight? Yeah right.

Yep, in my office, we have people traveling for work constantly on Gov’t contract, so an increase in a tax will increase the tax payer spending. It won’t reduce the travel like you said.  If people have to go, they are going to go.

It is amazing. It is the dumbest people, thinking they are the smartest, saying the stuff they shouldn’t be saying in public, but they do, and just keep punching holes in their boat.

That is absolutely the reason. The regime controls all the media so if the team lost, nothing would be said and they would be shuffled out to labor camps and/or be shamed publicly. If they won, then it would have been all over Gov’t media and how they owned the SK’s and all the KJU/Trump-like embellishment. Read more

When I lived in England, when the weather was bad and we couldn’t go out for PE, our teacher would take us to an empty classroom and show us Fawlty Towers lol.

Here on WETA, one of DC’s PBS stations, it is on all the time along with “Last of the Summer Wine” which is the longest running sitcom in the world. I don’t remember it when I lived there though. WETA has a whole UK show channel on cable here.

Lenny Henry!  First exposure to him was when my dad was stationed to London and saw Tiswas for the first time and his condensed milk sandwiches bit as a Jamaican with this really tall knit hat that he would flop about and hit people with.

It would be hard unless you do some sort of change detection for things like IED’s. Also would depend on what you are scanning at but since those things are buried, lidar wouldn’t be able to find them unless there is something like ground settlement around them, but generally resolution of lidar, while can be high, is Read more
