There are a lot of people that like to boondock/overland out places that AWD/4WD is needed or recommended. Places like national forests where they can drive down a dirt road and set up camp for a couple days out there, away from people. I watch this channel, one of a few they have and you can see (if the video posts)

Honestly, I have been looking at YouTube video of all these Class B/B+/small C rigs for the past month or so. Part of me wants to sell everything and see the country. Kind of tired of working. They are freaking expensive though. The one I am digging the most right now is the Winnebago Ekko which is on the Transit

He looks like a serial killer in that top photo...

No, the DC ‘burbs of N. Virginia.

It is the only one near by.  It has pretty much sucked since opening and has a super slow drive thru.   It is a converted Burger King and has 5 drive up stalls.   So it is a kluge and a half.   Surprised it has 3.4 stars on Google reviews.

They put in a Sonic near me and it sucks. Horrible. I tried the onion rings and they were sour tasting. I am assuming that they use buttermilk, but yeah, not a fan. Only thing I got that was good was were the tots.  Burger was like shoe leather.

There is an small airport south of Harrisonburg, VA that has a small terminal and there are connector flights to Washington Dulles and Chicago O’Hare through United.  The leg from there to Dulles would work for this.  It is about a 3 hour drive and the terminal is super small so going through security and stuff would

TBH, I think people have tried to help him and he refuses. Kim K. tried a ton but she finally gave up and started separating herself as much as possible and he still acts like he owns her by going after anyone who dates her.

oh no

Nice. I worked in an office that was involved in military simulation and we had 2 SIMNET simulators in our office in just a regular office building. We had a Bradley simulator and M1A2 simulator. The Bradley was busted for most of the time we had it and I was working there. One of the guys got it back up in running as

Been lucky enough that I have a job where I can pack away the 401K funds to the max every year.  Been doing it for the past 3 or 4 years.  I did the minimum for many years (I am 53) but I started ramping up the percentage slowly over the past 10 years and not go whole hog from 5% to full amount.  Luckily, my company

The advantage of simulators, especially armor, is that you can swap in real world places and train on any piece of terrain which gets your crews familiar with the terrain before they even see it. The SIMNET simulators have very big databases of parts of Europe, SW Asia, and Korea to run training in. Plus it is less

I was at a user group thing for some software I use and the company and the coder are based in Helsinki.  After one fo the days classes, we were sitting with him in the hotel atrium for happy hour and he was telling us all about the Finnish way of fining folks for speeding.   They do it based on income or something?

The chains that open new places here always get swamped on opening.   I am in the DC suburbs but it still has a small town feel in some ways and that is one of the ways.   Sonic opened a place here a few years ago and it was so swamped, that people were waiting 2 hours and the police had to be called to manage

They just put one in near me and I pass it on the way to work and back.  Every night since it has been open, it has been packed and it has getting good reviews so far.  I have never eaten at one but it seems people like it.

I did a check on round trip from DC to Nashville on Napaway for the weekend of the 28th -30th. Napaway was $310 dollars and flights on Goggle ran anywhere from $274 to $400 depending on airport and airline. So it is right in the middle. There were some flights for $307 and $347 on American. Obviously, you get there

The one that goes from DC to Nashville stops in Knoxville.

Imagine if Sonic did this where people actually drive in and park to eat in their cars like and old car hop. New fast food chain idea right there. Also, what if they were able to accomodate small campers like Class B vans so they could charge up batteries. Be nice if the camper manufacturers and the charging industry

That would mean they would be having the “poors” come into the dealership and be hanging out with the Grand Cherokee and Wagoneer owners.
