I’m no gun expert but even if a gun is loaded, will it go off if you don’t pull the trigger. Is shaking it or something a new way to make it go off?

IU person here.  Good one!!

As Michael Scott said, I need to know if it’s your time of the month so I know whether to take you seriously.

Please be sure and listen to the Date with Dateline podcast for this episode of Dateline. It is wonderful. It’s called “What’s Hupp with Pam”.

Now playing

You are very welcome. He’s adorable, however he has a very loud shrieky bark and at 5:30 am when I am getting his breakfast ready and he is standing a foot away from me and barks in excitement, the cuteness factor goes WAY down.

I never read the books, I saw portions of them on Amazon and they were so laughably bad I couldn’t understand what all the hubbub was about. I’ve read much sexier stuff in other books that are well written.

The opening of Episode 1 reminded me of “Duel”, the tv movie with Dennis Weaver.

I don’t have kitten pictures but here’s my Buddy, dragging every stuffed animal he owns into the living room. The funniest thing is if they go off that rug, he won’t play with them, they have to be on the rug. So many rules.....

I’ve seen 4 episodes of The Tourist. He is fantastic. As is Danielle MacDonald.  She and her character, Helen, remind me of something Merritt Weaver would have done earlier in her career.

This is really good, and you don’t laugh at how idiotic it is (Jolie/Depp masterpiece).

Can we put Putin and Kanye on one of Bezos’ rockets and shoot them both into outer space? Maybe Trump too?  Just enough already with these dipshit egomaniacs.

I’ve been watching The Tourist over the weekend. It is surprisingly very good.

A Millennial behaves like a boomer.

Her father was fired by Enron. Previously he and her mother had worked in the federal government. They had to live in a house owned by neighbors when he lost his job.

I think that one professor who let her in his graduate program may have been the push she needed to believe she was an unstoppable genius. She solved one problem in his lab, and next thing you know she’s in his program, and I think she got him to invest in Theranos.

I’ve seen 2 episodes.

On top of her having security people follow and passively threaten employees, including Tyler Schultz, the grandson of one of her key investors George Schultz, threatening him with lawsuits that would destroy his family if he spoke to Carreyrou.

That’s exactly what happened. All these VC people and the private individuals would get wind of Theranos and thought, well if so and so is investing, we can’t be left out.

Yes the con artists game is always to accuse others of doing what you’re doing.

Yes, mail that check to
