How is it sad? And why?

It’s people cooperating with each other and the developer to overcome a difficulty, understanding that overloading the quest giver will make the situation harder to fix. It’s people comprehending that games, especially online games, are very hard to make work properly and sometimes shit happens,

Similar queues have happened shortly after Realm Reborn launch. At the time, people formed lines because of insufficient instance server capacity. In the past, players also gathers to pay tribute to player who has passed away in real life within the game. In my opinion, FFXIV has the best community in any online game.

It is not a secret that Nintendo has never supported the smash community in the slightest at any event. Everyone in the community knows this and echoes it every time, because it thrives without their approval or support, on the backs of the hardworking organizers and competitors that keep it alive. This happens frequen

*looks at Madden, CoD, Battlefield, & Halo* Well...you’re not wrong.

It’s not just that though. It’s the lack of NEW ip’s and third party support along side them. If you keep offering the same series over and over, it’s going to get stale.

Love how you lump me in with faceless “haters” who all seem to collectively share the same opinion.

I’ve just never been able to get into Nintendo’s cartoony or hyper-stylized aesthetics in many, many years now. Just a personal preference, not an indictment on the quality of the games, by the way, so I saw a lot more that I liked in the Sony presentation. Hell, just getting more Horizon was enough for me to be happy

Pretty much.

Same crap, new Nintendo system.

I lost interest in Mario and Metroid years ago. I just don’t feel the love for any Nintendo franchises anymore...

Same, I don’t understand the people that are saying that Nintendo “won”. This looks just as disappointing as the other conferences. The two biggest games, Pokemon and Metroid, didn’t even get a date. In true Nintendo fashion who knows when they’ll come out... could either be next year or right at the end of the

To be honest, I would have been more excited for Metroid 4 if I played the first three.

It can still happen. It did with metro and anthem this year. Also with days gone last year. The leaks are always horrible, but it’s possible to pull a few surprises out of the hat still.

And switch is still sold out in many places ... or the price is very2 expensive ...

I’m happy prime 4 was announced but it was literally just a screen with the name. No gameplay or anything. To me it’s an announcement that should have been at next years e3 when they actually had something to show off.

Idk, it was a screen saying that a game might come out in the next 2-3 years, didn’t ever bother to make footage like BG&E. There’s not even a concept or anything clear.

Sort of? Outside Metroid Prime: Hunters, all Prime games have been the first person metroidvania games that people love. If a Metroid 5 was announced in the classic 2D style, it would be more exciting then a Prime announcement I think since the last one of those was... Metroid: Zero Mission.

Yes, as long as Team Ninja was kept away

Pros:

I’m quite hyped for this. I wish that it will be a 2D Metroid but since it’s in the Prime series, I will probably be in First Person.
