I read it the same way as you. Humanism is great. Feminism is an important component of humanism. Humanism is a general process of thought and behavior, while feminism is using those behaviors specifically to combat sexism.

I feel like there are so many feminist stakeholders and they all want something different out of feminism. I’m not sure how willing they are to fight for all things under the third wave umbrella. Maybe it’s not only the celebrities who are doing this pick and choose grocery shop feminsm, maybe it’s all of us.
