These riders are not dying for sport. The thing they choose to participate in has a higher risk of injury than other sports. You cannot bubblewrap the world and make everything safe. Racers have incidents and pass away at “safe” tracks and facilities also. There is no such thing as “safe racing.” These riders know

And this is why I don’t smoke. Not because I carry lot of propane in my car.

FFS we dragging this up again.

It’s probably better for you, and the glass bottle is nice. But I blind taste tested my brother when he wouldn’t shut up about it, and I promise you can’t taste the difference.

I don’t know about more harmful to the environment, actually some sources say it decreases emissions by 50%. Is the process to making Ethanol worse than turning oil into gas? are these companies and independent studies lying? Idk, but the reason it’s bad for your car is because of the high water content that separates

No, that’s the whole point people have been trying to make — monitoring FSD is not driving, it’s monitoring. Monitoring automated systems (as opposed to just doing the task) is something humans are bad at — there’s decades of research demonstrating this, which makes the whole concept of ‘supervised FSD’ a bad idea.

Might be the single worst combination of words I’ve ever seen.

There is plenty of fault to go around here. You can’t call something “Full Self-Driving” that can’t see flashing crossing lights and a damned TRAIN across the road. And the driver is a complete and utter moron for not immediately taking control. My guess is that they were not really paying attention, because for dammed

On an almost unrelated note, I try to imagine how the Lamborghini engineers reacted when they were presented with a Chrysler V-10 engine, a decades-old LA V-8 with 2 extra cylinders grafted on, cast in aluminum for the first time, and told to make it worthy of exotic cars.

Chrysler needed to start with a better car.  Unfortunately, it had no better cars.

An ‘85 Vette does the quarter in 14.1 seconds. A 2022 Accord 2.0 Sport will do it in 13.9 seconds.

Yeah, and tied with the oh-so-coincidental fact that he’s a business owner, color me suspicious.

Whether he wants to admit it or not, buying this monstrosity IS an attention seeking move.

There’ no fucking way I would go back to a company that fired me on the whims of a child. This is the kind of business strategy you get from a guy whose reaction to opposition is ‘Go fuck yourself’, or as he put stupidly put it, ‘G. F. Y.’

I absolutely HATE the current trend in interior design. Its all white, sterile and cold looking. We have been casually looking at small homes for my wife’s mother and whenever we see a house that has been re-done and given this look we immediately walk out.

In this video, Sandy Munro, an openly huge supporter, passive friend, and investor in Musk’s ventures (we’ll get into that later), tries to make the argument that firing a 500+ person team due to a management disagreement on the crown jewel of Tesla that is its charging services division, makes sense and that not only

One was not an active threat to anyone, the other is a guy riding a vehicle that weighs a few hundred pounds at 30+ miles per hour on a path meant for pedestrians lol

I’m normally on the ACAB side, but I’m really struggling to be displeased with what the cop did here.

Username checks out.

They mustve been in the lower to lowest boost setting for that drive. Those road surfaces were about as bad as gets to hold anything close to 4 figure power in a RWD, ~37 yo car
