I thought the take rate was going up for them more recently? Put it this way, the only way they will sell me a new GTI or Golf R is if it’s manual.

Freestyle shapes, got it.

This is by design to get them to rust from the bottom up AND the top down.   The real defect is not having a hacked up welded repair on the roof from the factory.

Yet at the same time single-handedly eliminating the need to lower it.

Pontiac Fieros my man.   One of the best cars GM ever slowly pushed out, hence the attention.   You can smell them from a mile away.

This is why the police should be required to have some form of evidence beyond their word for a lot of these problems. It probably isn’t easy achieve with all infractions, but it isn’t too damn hard with a ton of them, especially traffic ones which often have video or other evidence these days. For example, if you are

But if you swap to normal tires I understand that Rubbermaid stocks matching hubcaps at Home Depot.

Chevy had something going with wheels in the late 80s and 90s.  A very distinct design language, you always know if it’s a GM wheel. I feel most have held up ok or are at the least still interesting.

Yeah, if I was he legal advice I would probably just argue the fact that if you bought an expensive car from a man dressed like this that you probably deserved what you had coming.

How do they close out the TT without using the classic “Fat Five” wheel style is beyond me.

It’s like modern, inverse, mother of toilet seat.

The third clip looks like it could be struggling to make the turn up the hill. Looks like a combo of not being able to articulate (too much sway bar, potentially) then perhaps a lack being able to put power to proper wheels or a shut down from traction control - or both.

It should be pointed out that the S63 is first gen Prius slow compared to the 8 second quarter mile time of this thing

Most likely fired by methane

I’d generally agree with you. However, another way to look at is to look at how complex and expensive cars are getting to repair already. Intergrated systems, calibrations, parts costs, and other complexity. And if you get in an accident that deploys airbags that raises the costs dramatically more - often to the point

They didn’t need that power to get to sixty though. The vast majority is applied at the fast end of the track to do 330+mph in the 4 sec range when the traditional aero is making a few tons of downforce. The clutch isn’t applying anywhere near that much at first.
