Drag racing cars have been going faster than this for a long time and do it without using the active contact force aero of this electric car.

This already happened once and Conrail was the result and actually worked out fairly well. Let them dig their own graves and hand everything over again, IMO.
The 7s are a bit slab sided and the tail lights don’t integrate well. I believe your take will be the right one when everyone looks back in 10-15years time.
The front fender edge is really pedestrian friendly
Even if it started somewhere other than the EVs, it’s fairly certain to say that the EVs on board caused a large fire fighting issue on board.
Not trying to stir controversy, but it’s not exactly that simple. Some facts -
Not put value on the ones that saw it first? That makes no sense, especially given the reporting so far. They say SUSPECTED EV fire. I am sure they have a general idea where it came from and but still aren’t saying for sure. It’s not like batteries can’t catch fire. Also, a battery fire would be fairly fast once…
Problem being that carbon fiber acts differently in compression that it does in tension. If the pressure was inside this thing, it might be a very different scenario.
Other cars having the same issue are hard to get in general (limited supply, most recently because of the pandemic). Or there are those people that need to have the first ones. But that’s different and much less extreme in most examples. Certainly not a full production run of cars.
Then don’t put a production number on it. Especially a low one. Go one step further and fill orders made. No more supply and demand issue.
What keeps Dodge from controlling supply and demand by actually suppling enough cars to meet demand (at msrp)?
Dodge can set the MSRP, but the automaker has no control over the market value of a car

The main reason I like FWD cars over the years has been for packaging reasons. It’s generally so much more functional in it’s size class without any drivetrain in the rear. Platforms with AWD versions usually compromise rear deck height and generally throw any type of spare tire to the curb, never mind a full size…
The energy to lift something 7-8ft is fairly minimal to the energy stored by it traveling 70mph. It just needs to be redirected enough, which a wheel as wedge is pretty good at.
Yup, issue. Similar Bosch pumps. Anyone want to take a guess at why VAG isn’t mentioned here?
I talked my mom into an A3 TDI and was biting my fingernails off as she was cranking through the miles. The buyback came when she was at about 100k miles. It was a good deal, but even if it wasn’t it was a good time to walk…
ATF can clean the fuel system and break loose stuck injectors.
Just call it a Grand Caravan GT and it would fix a bunch of stuff.
Excessive rear window hydrocarbons helped make me what I am today
Planes don’t services the cities between LA and SF nearly as well.
