Thanks for the Harley Quinn tip! Been wanting to watch that one for a while now but haven’t been able to track it down without having to pay for yet another subscription.

Ok, so, I’ve never cared for the Spiderman franchise all that much. He’s just never been my bag, and the Toby McGuire films did nothing to fix that view. Ditto for the ones with Andrew Garfield. So, I went into the newest ones not expecting a damned thing (husband and I have been using quarantine to watch all the

A-fucking-men. People have tripped all over themselves to praise Gigi all season but, honestly, I just haven’t seen it... she has talent, to be sure, but nothing that warrants the wide-eyed drooling that’s been heaped on her.

I think the only thing this entire genre of tv show proves (white version, black version, housewife version, etc.) is that growing up with money damned near guarantees you’ll grow up to be a garbage person.

And, just like that, Some Good News becomes cynical. Thus, negating its entire purpose.

Can I just say how much your username tickles me? Like, legit giggling out loud. Needed that... thanks!

(starring my own comment because I. am. tickled*.)

................ was it because there wasn’t a fifth incest scene?

Fully ugly crying over here. This is fucking heartbreaking. They raised their guns higher when a 90 year old granny in her housecoat, using a cane to stand, chose to protect her grandchild with her life..... over rolling through a fucking stop sign.

Literally what I’m listening to atm :-) Made my post, pulled up the tab I used to search her and have been listening ever since. So good!

Hate that I had to Google Lorde songs, because none immediately came to mind, which is a shame seeing as how she’s legit talented and low on the ego. And I much, MUCH prefer her version of mumble-singing to Billie Eilish’s version of whisper-mumble-sing(?)ing that everyone seems to go nuts over. Which, more power to

Will I ever understand the appeal of *gestures toward 92% of the dirt bags mentioned in Dirt Bag*? Probably not...

I feel bad for the gals of season 12. Not only has their season been overshadowed by a global pandemic, but they also haven’t been able to tour or do promotional work during the period when most queens from the show make the bulk of their “tv money”. And to top it off, Sherry Pie the sexual predator looms over it all,

Honestly, it’s the same here in Florida. Tampa is a deep blue oasis in a deeply red sea... sure, Miami has some blue outposts and Orlando (where about ten people actually live and vote) is purpley-blue, but good ‘ol Trampa is the outlier. You drive outside the populous city and it’s self-absorbed, Florida-man Trump

I hate myself more than just a little bit for genuinely, whole-heartedly wishing Papa Don would drop dead of an aneurism. This world well and truly, truly would be a better place without him in it. I’ve never, ever wished death on someone before... that’s changed since January 2017.

Been marathoning Workin Moms on Netflix the last few days and have absolutely loved it. Great cast of characters, tightly written comedy packed into 22 minute episodes... the episodes never wander and have told a consistently funny and even touching story. Have been very many mucho enjoying it.

HATE The Princess Bride. Just hate it. Everyone, EVERYOOOOOOONNNNNEEE, loves it and talks about how incredible it is.... the one and only thing about it is that garbage pile of a human being Wally Shawn shouting “Inconceivable!”

And yet, Fringe managed to stay one of the most consistent and watchable scifi tv shows of (dare I say it???)... all time? 100% had its flaws and grave missteps, but wow. What a consistently engaging show that made you like/care about its characters and what happened to them. As much as I’m willing to forgive deep

Yes. No! But... yes. He writes his books, she edits and offers thoughts, and boom... familial vampire porn.

Anne Rice is a deeply knowledgeable, intelligent and skilled writer who wastes 90% of her page space on descriptions of largely innocuous things which have zero baring in the plot of her stories...
