I’m fine with Bernie staying in the race to accumulate votes and show Democrats that there is broad, national support for a progressive agenda. I am not alright with him staying in the race in a desperate bid to win.

The whole “there’s no (proven) safe amount” line ignores that there are also amounts that are not proven dangerous, that almost certainly result in no harm to the fetus, but that existing guidelines forbid because nobody fucking knows any better.

I would say it’s cool if you think YOUR behavior should change when YOU get pregnant. I’d say it’s less cool if you think MY behavior should change when I get pregnant.
