Are they really banking on this being a successful movie? It can’t possibly be good. I don’t know....I’ve stopped going to a lot of these recent comic book films. Not because they’re woke. It’s because they are dumb. There....I said it.

I work in mining, and the best drivers of the heavy haul dump trucks are also women. 

It’s actually pretty refreshing to not hear the standard “Oh yeah the movie is awesome it’s the best movie ever make” speech.

I have a buddy who coaches sometimes at one of the LA area stunt driving schools and he says the women are the best students by far, with the fewest bad habits that need correcting. Invariably most of the dudes need to flail helplessly before they listen evidently.

Similarly, we were all baffled by the Barbie casting and look where we are now.

Truly shocking that an animated film would cast as many as THREE mid-tier comic actors to do voice acting in their movie. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

Should any adaptation (yeah, I said it) surprise anyone at this point? We’ll get our “Slinky” movie too, count on it.

It’s certainly the template. I don’t know why anyone would feign surprise at this casting.

That would ...actually work as a movie, I mean not THIS movie , but one about a thinly veiled open world building game , and it’s creator going crazy , making bad choices , and I dunno , ending up on said game world to fix themelves??

You’re surprised that two people who have done extensive voice work in huge animated films have signed up to do voice work in a huge animated film?

There’s no story behind LEGO bricks either, and look how that movie turned out. Not that I would bet on the Minecraft movie reaching those heights, but it’s not entirely out of the question that it could be genuinely good.

Yup. Brother black and white laser printers are the industry standard for a reason. Reliable, idiot-proof, damn near indestructible, and third-party toner is dirt cheap. Sure, you’re spending more up-front, but it’ll last you infinitely longer than that $30 HP piece of shit that everybody hates but keep buying anyways.

There was an article going around that was titled "Just Buy A Brother Printer" that more or less sums up the attitude of IT people. Not sure if Walker's marsupial overlords will let that brand into the country though.

Sounds like the problem is with HP. Maybe you should try buying a printer from another company, HP isn’t the only printer company out there.
