LMAO. And he just helped people regardless? This is the most amusing articles I've read on Kotaku.

This man is my hero.

No, thank *you*!!

That's the most hardcore outsourcing I've seen to date. Zynga just beat EA with their Indian slaves.

Are we sure this isn't a David Thorne bit? Fantastic!

I'd imagine most people would get pissed if they got flooded with messages like that seemingly at random.

The things he asked them to do are more entertaining than most Zynga games, so I'd say he did them a favor.

If this ain't literal outsourcing of customer service, what is?

Who screws up and puts a completely unrelated email address in an error message? Was it developed by yogurt?

Absolutely hilarious. I wonder what the replies were to his suggestions after people tried them.

The ultimate Troll :P

There is a special place in gamer heaven for this man.

Outstanding work. Far better then what people would have gotten from Zynga.

I think this is my favorite piece on Kotaku ever.

Good. This is one of the best ways I've seen to deal with larger companies not paying attention to the domains they own.

This is just awesome.
