Well yes, because the “dining experience” is a factor in the number of stars earned.  Very hard to offer consistent white linen table service at a hawker stall.

I currently own more than one 500. Haven’t had any of them go badly wrong on me and they’re all over 100k mi. The stuff that does break, including the window issue, is all easily fixable if you’re willing to get dirt under your fingernails. They even come with hill assist!
