That’s the thing, it isn’t individual consumers who are putting new transmissions in HD trucks/vans at 200k. Its fleet managers who see the value proposition as $2k in parts and a reduced in-house labor rate to drop in a transmission to a fully amortized business asset vs $50k+ in new asset purchase and depreciation.
