At least half of those 10-12 teams play the warriors tough too. The rockets were a CP3 injury away from probably going to the finals over them, the celtics with Kyrie would have been more competitive than Lebron, the Pelicans with Cousins would have made it tough. The Warriors of the previous 2-3 seasons were much

I think the hard cap actually reduces parity. You tell teams they have to spend 89% of the cap on average every 4 years rolling period and teams sink too much money into the 12-15 shitty starting QBs in the league because they think they have to.

I’d liken him to somewhere between Brad Marchand and PK Subban; when they’re at their best, they are undoubtedly fun and great for the game. The issue is finding the right balance between emotional and dramatic. Subban is almost always on the entertaining end of the spectrum, while Marchand tends to cross the line too

Mostly forgettable, him as a golfer not his transgressions. I think golf in general has a big issue with how they handle addiction and arrests and the lack of consequences surrounding it. Daly, Mickleson, and Woods are just bigger names to casual fans and get more attention.

I don’t mind that Tiger Woods probably took HGH, but because of that I don’t have a lot of sympathy for his failing body (same as Gronk).

I read it more as they were against his position of honesty that really complements his willful ignorance as it differs from their ideology of “civilly doing evil shit that they know is wrong, but hey money is green.”

The only option here worth doing is putting in a new (preferably clean OEM-looking) head unit. Why bother with bluetooth if you can get carplay or android auto support? I don’t advocate for bluetooth systems since it increases the likelihood that the driver just looks at the phone. Bite the bullet and pay a premium at

Good QB and great passer are separate things for QBs like him, Wentz, Wilson, and to a lesser extent Flacco. Obviously it helps to have both an accurate arm and mobility like Rodgers and Luck, but good QBs that aren’t terribly accurate can still lead a good team.

$57,400 per team for housing...

I'm not sure what their rules are but I'd imagine the biggest fear is that scouts won't believe the competition is high enough. Drafted players tend to look like men among boys in college and if you can't stand out as a boy among men (physically) there is some risk there. Also CFL teams may not be willing to invest in

I think the prevalence of rugby may hinder that, but maybe JuCo programs could be spun off into semi-pro teams. Sadly I think a lot of the interest in college football is tied too much to school affiliation rather than on-field product, otherwise Notre Dame wouldn’t have the sweetheart TV deal that they do.

The NHL also has the benefit of drafting players and holding onto their rights for up to 3 years without signing them, so players don’t have to worry about choosing between staying in college/juniors or risk not making the top club and toiling away in a minor league system that favors bigger, more physical players.

Yeah I don’t get that part. Other successful business on a subscription model that cannot be accessed through the internet (gyms, makerspaces, etc.) almost universally give you the option to suspend your plan and in some cases indefinitely put on hold.

She’s crazy for calling it light black, but charcoal and slate are definitely not just dark gray.

Fuck off with your #alllivesmatter bullshit. As a member of almost the highest privileged class of people (straight/white/male with only minor points off for being middle class), I know my obligation is to sit down, shut up, and listen, until such a point where I can be an active participant in leveling the playing

Or received their pension and sick time before heading to prison...

It is a little unclear who gets the naming rights revenue though. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bucks get a large portion of the revenue in addition to their crazy stadium deal.

Might be a last ditch effort at voter suppression if they are beefing up voter ID and registration. This might also line up with a bunch of states dumping voter registrations and forcing them to reregister.

Against the shift in general I agree, but in this situation I think the relievers job is to not give up a dinger. Presumably the closer can handle the bottom third of the lineup and they just didn’t like the lefty-lefty matchup on a guy that hits for power or flyballs. Obviously the intentional walk would be more
