“OUR families” sounds pretty close to entitlement doesn’t it, but no you’re right liberal millennials and immigrants are the entitlement generation. What about the slave labor used? What about the majority of billion dollar companies being founded by immigrants? What about all the taxes most immigrants pay? Those

If you want to make claims like that, you’re going to need to cite your sources. Also you realize that “liberals” are generally in favor of higher taxes and democratic socialism?

If I were you, I’d be in prison right now.

The CBD in in weed or even weed oil would act as an anti-inflamatory for the arthritis...

Fair enough, I didn’t know that.

If ratings are proportionate to their biggest revenue stream, then I think the answer is yes for the national team (if not greater for the women).

Let me know your take on the humancentIpod...

Well obviously you would probably require 3 women and 2 men, but who knows it could be interesting. Lot’s of ball movement to get favorable matchups because you wouldn’t want to leave a big man open under the hoop to cover a guard with some quick feet and some range. Most players wouldn’t drive through 2-3 players

Jack is somehow even worse than brick. The hypocrite in millbury is by far the worst of the bruins apologists, but that may be because I don’t see don cherry very often.

If he receives more than one game (I’ll give him that as a repeat offender), there should be hell to pay by the player safety and discipline committee after the shit Crosby has pulled.

They could use their leverage to get more and better deals, but yes, as a representation of a company you work for, you may be generating more revenue than your coworker, but if you are salaried without a bonus structure you probably wouldn’t see an increase in pay. The elite men’s players that would get endorsements

The WNBA plays inside in the summer and probably has too many teams and too many games. They would do better if they played during a time of the year where anyone besides die hard baseball fans gave a shit about sports. They also don’t do much in conjunction with the NBA as far as events. Many teams don’t have a

They would be endorsement deals that would normally go directly to players that USA hockey would instead collect based on personal service contracts as part of their $68k salary. I guarantee more brands would be interested with the added value of their support for gender equality in sports.

Thanks, it kind of ticks me off when issues like this come up and people try to pit two groups against each other when the perpetrators are the ones holding authority over both groups.

Fair enough, they could definitely use better leadership for their cause in the form of a lawyer or politician with labor relations experience and possibly unionize with the men.

If you read some of my other replies, the women if they want to be paid like full time employees will have to do more work, similar to full time employees.

That is what they were asking for, but I imagine they would’ve taken higher salaries or a bonus structure combonation that was roughly equivalent to the men, who again have the ability to make far more money. Nobody goes into a negotiation asking for exactly what they want to settle on.

The KHL pays pretty well, as do several of the other euro leagues, players in the NCAA (another fight altogether) that don’t wish to preserve their amateur status should be paid if they work for USA hockey enough and would be willing to work more.

Fair enough, I didn’t know that. I assumed it was similar to soccer (where the women have an even greater case for equal pay), but the in kind benefits are huge. USA Hockey’s argument of being a governing body and not an employer is still horseshit though as they do have paid full time employees (which isn’t a knock
