Please everyone panic and flood the market with cheap fullsize trucks because I’m looking for one and prices are absolutely absurd no matter how old or how many miles right now.

I’m disappointed they didn’t go even further. If all you needed was a GVWR of 6100 to forego cats and the full emission cycle, someone should’ve taken a midsize/intermediate coupe, crammed a big block and a 4 speed
in it and slipped it past the regulators by slapping some stiffer rear springs and a tow hitch on it…
I’m probably never going to own an F-14 Tomcat but I’m going to need this repair manual anyway. Adding to my wishlist.
THAT is one sexy brick.
I’ve got an SN95 Mustang like the one in the opening GIF and replacing the 1970's truck shifter and molded plastic shift knob it came with from the factory with a decent short-throw shifter and a nice leather wrapped FRPP knob was the single best upgrade I made.
I solved this by having a tailgate so ugly that thieves are afraid of getting tetanus if they get too close to it.
Ford dealers are all like:
Y’all can argue all day about which generation is best but the 2001 version of the Bullitt Torque Thrust style wheels are indisputably the best.
Maybe this discussion has already taken place and I missed it but I can not let it pass without comment that that car looks like a rabbit. I can’t not see Bugs Bunny when I look at it.
I have to take issue with that characterization too. I’d put it at brilliant for about 6 years. Simultaneously awesome, ridiculous and terrible for 3 years. Awful for 4 years (but the right car for the time, blah, blah, blah). Good and pointed in the right direction for 3 years. Completely back on track in 1982.…
Without firing up MAME, I’m 99.994% sure Dig Dug is a 3 character high-score game.
No problem. I had a hard time wording it in such a way as to succinctly and clearly get the joke across without having to over-explain it and undermine the joke.
I mean in the F1 video - no Dig Dug, Namco or Centipede billboards in the video = not the real Suzuka that I know.
How could that be Suzuka? No Dig Dug billboards. The real Suzuka definitely has Dig Dug billboards. Also, they didn’t spin the wheel as hard as they could and let it freewheel on turn four and everyone knows that’s how you get through turn 4 without lifting.
Whew, I was afraid no one had made this joke yet and that I was going to have to do it myself.
I’ve used the “leave out the pain in the ass bolt upon reassembly” trick before, like when I put cams in my 4.6L Mustang.
I can only imagine the overwhelming amounts of schadenfreude experienced by the occupants of the red minivan, which he crossed the double yellow to pass only moments before, when they rolled up on that scene.
I see the NFL’s international efforts have reached Australia.
Huh? All Modulars are overhead cam and none were pushrod. They came in SOHC 2V & 3V and DOHC 4V flavors and their Coyote descendants are all DOHC 4V.
I need a house that is like 1200 sq/ft of living space and maybe 12000 sq/ft of garage space. And maybe a few acres for “Raptoring”
