Well, they will let any idiot publish their mindless bleatings on the internet.

I feel like this guy stumbled into the wrong web site. Either way, I hope he enjoys the CR-V he ends up getting.
Nice.
She may be fixing to blow but if it’s still running smoothly enough and no other obvious major issues, NP and I’m not even a Bimmer fan.
That’s a knee-jerk reaction. This thing is 100k miles, close to 20 years old. You don’t put a supercharger on a Z4 and get it to last this long (ignoring emissions test) without some restraint and expensive care and feeding. It was certainly ridden hard, but never put away wet.
They have just convinced us that “not ugly” is an accomplishment.
Holy shit they actually designed a not ugly vehicle for a change.
I agree with you so much on this. The Challenger works because of it’s very retro/timeless looks. I guarantee when the design gets over hauled, they will lose sales over the course of the new designs first year.
I’d argue the Challenger doesn’t need a facelift. Part of the reason it still looks so good is that it started with a pretty timeless design, and then the few tweaks it has had are relatively small, which mean the earlier ones don’t immediately look super dated.
Same, I’ve bought crummier XJs for more than this asking price
The Colorado and Canyon can skate by for the time being, I guess. Every other BoF vehicle from GM needs a clean sheet re-design but I’ll settle for a facelift.
I hope that flying roof motif dies a fiery death soon. It limits the greenhouse aft of the B-pillars and serves no function, and is a bastardized compromise ornamentally.
One can hope. Column shifters too please.
It’s not “Burgundy” it’s Merlot, as in “Merlot Brougham”
I had its H-body platform mate Buick LeSabre for a few years before tin worm claimed it. What a great cruiser. And the 3800 routinely got 30+ mpg highway. 600 miles on a 18 gallon tank? Doable with a light right foot and the proper touring attitude. Invisible to law enforcement for college shenanigans? Yep! I miss…
Katzkin is surprisingly affordable.
Seat warmers and a heated steering wheel should be standard on any electric vehicle, since they are a far more efficient way to stay warm than using electricity for heat. When I had my Volt, the seat heaters saved me from having to turning up the heat on many days.
I’ve seen an aftermarket Katzkin interior and it was quite nice.
I haven’t ordered mine yet, but I was just optioning out the one I would want and with leather as a must-have I am well over 70k even with the small battery.
I’m sure the PR value they’ll get from this is far above what the car cost them.
