Well that is certainly wrong.
Well that is certainly wrong.
That part caught me, too.
That is the problem when people try and make everything subjective “ well I believe this car is a coupe so it is “ ....... um no look up the definition of what a coupe is, it literally states “2 door car with a slanted or sloped roofline“
Well, I deserved that.
I don’t understand the hate for vehicles with an older chassis. If it still performs it intent then it is fine. The GTR and Charger are good examples of this. They don’t sell enough maybe to justify a new platform but sell enough to keep around.
We had one as an EcoSport Titanium rental in Vermont back in October. It was the absolute worst rental ever. Granted.... all rentals that week were over $1000, so to find one for less then $500 was an easy decision. I have to consider the EcoSport to be 1/2 of a vehicle as compared to anything else available! :)
Thank god they actually killed this POS this year or it would be number one on my list
Thank you for writing “number of people” instead of “amount of people”, which drives me nuts.
I mean, yeah, it’s pretty old. But it’s still a great car overall. It rides well, has tons of configurations/options, pretty modern features, and still even has fairly competitive safety ratings. What is a competitor that is better?
Based on the number of people leading with “this thing is great at what it does, but it’s just so old” I fear for a number of posters’ grandparents.
Actually the Charger still sells about 60K units a year, and since the tooling was amortized probably 10 years ago, it’s basically a money printing machine for Stellantis.
every grand coupe needs to die a fiery death and be replaced with the exact same model with the proper name .......... its a 4 door sedan, its not a damn coupe. It never was and never will be. Just idiots driving cars with 4 doors calling htem coupes, hell some people even think there is a 4 door coupe suv........ no,…
Police cars. According to many on jalopnik anytime a police car is in public it results in death and destruction. They shouldn’t ever turn on the lights because it causes criminals to then run and kill people. And they shouldn’t ever enforce any laws. So police cars really just shouldn’t exist.
The BMW 2-Series Gran Coupe should have died. It’s a miserable shitbox
Transitory Inflation
Dr. Crystal A. Kolden: “You are sending people up a poorly maintained forest road to their death in a severe blizzard.”
I wonder if breathless articles were written years back blaming Rand McNally for showing poorly maintained roads as a possible option (no different from what Google is doing) and offloading responsibility from poorly prepared drivers to a company providing a service.
Wrong. If someone is that much of a brainless fool to be such a slave to Google Maps that they’re incapable of seeing that the road needs to be avoided and they go trundling down it anyway, eff ‘em. If they die because they’re incapable of commonsense (“Waaaaahhhhh! And Google didn’t tell me to put snow tires on the…
umm, no.
Agreed, this person is on crack.
