I love Valve and all, but yeah. They shouldn't have a claim to the Defense of the Ancients name. That's not to say they shouldn't release a game called Defense of the ancients... but they shouldn't have control over the name.

Gearbox is a great choice being a developer from around the time everyone first expected DNF and known for taking one of the top fpses and running with it successfully.
