Every time I get caught up in how bad things are in the US right now, I find it far too easy to forget how there are so many places in the world that have it far, far worse. I am embarrassed that I have to be reminded of that from time to time. The absolute hopelessness that humans have to face is our greatest shame

Goddamn Harvey Levin and that fucking cup, I swear.

The whole situation is not even worth anyone’s time. But my friend posted this meme and it gave me a good giggle.

Rob & Chyna:

“Joanna’s lawyer asked, ‘Do you think that means you can say things like her pussy smells?’ Glanville replied, ‘Well, yeah.’” [TMZ]

I was in a restaurant yesterday, just wanted to relax and look at my email, had ordered and was chilling out at a table that I had chosen that was admittedly away from the rest of the crowd - and a woman walked to the back of the restaurant and decided to use the table smack next to me to change her kid’s diaper. From baby buttholes to tofurkey sausages, this whole article made me vaguely nauseated.

Odd religious references aside, I’m with the neighbors. I don’t want an amateur auto repair shop next to my home and if you’re honest, you probably don’t either.

Yeah...I sort of hate that this movie is being used as the laundry line that airs these issues. It’s an important point that deserves to be heard, but this is literally the third article I’ve read online about The Big Sick mainly discussing issues with white women/Asian men onscreen. It starts feeling like a

Thank you. I came here to say this. People keep asking for stories about real people that are inclusive. THIS IS A FUCKING REAL STORY THAT IS INCLUSIVE. SO REAL IN FACT THAT IT FUCKING HAPPENED. Unless white women now have to either date within their race or no one is allowed to tell true stories about interracial

THANK YOU. As a biracial woman, I am tired of people saying my parents love was invalid. That it was just serving colonialism or serving to oppress black women. If women of color really do not hold men to be the locus of their lives, then do Kumaili and Aziz really need to represent brown women on screen for them? Let

Personally I’m tired of people attacking interracial relationships. I hated when Jill Scott did it several years ago and I hate it now. Because underneath the rant about interracial relationships is the hatred of biracial people. We get it, you don’t think we should exist.

And by earning white love, the Asian man gains acceptance in a society that has thwarted them from the very beginning.

And like a lot of abusers he always plays the victim. He’s the victim to his mean sisters, his mom, his girlfriends. And people buy it because abusers are very good at that, which is why he had so many quasi-defenders last article.

I don’t understand why the Kardashians are still a thing. Other celebrities have faded from the spotlight after gaffs or misbehavior that was a lot less worse than what these people do. Is it simply that their fans enjoy watching a slow motion train wreck?

#TeamNoOne

THIS IS WHAT I CAME HERE TO POST!

Real people. Not Actors. implies actors aren’t real people. Are they cyborgs? Robots? Is this the future Uber wants? #FakePeople? Make People Great Again?

Honestly, as someone who’s attended a lot of festivals in the past, I’d love a festival without dudes.
