There's something really interesting about abandoned theme parks. I can't get enough of them. If anyone is interested, there's a whole Flickr group devoted to posting pictures of them: [www.flickr.com]

I'm a big fan of my Discover card. I've got the Miles card and I've already been able to get a couple hundred dollars off travel fare. I had an instance of identity theft with this card, and once I spotted it I called Discover and they took care of it immediately. Their customer service has been nothing but helpful

I kind of really enjoyed this, actually. I don't understand all the hate it's getting. Y'all actually watched the cartoon, right? It's...it's pretty terrible (that didn't stop me from watching the hell out of it as a kid, but still). This was pretty entertaining.

What an amazingly entertaining asshole.

Yeah pretty much. Not recognizing video game music is the least of the Grammys problems. It's more about "who made the most money this year" and less about "artistic talent" anyways.

@Tom Servo: I never bought one because I was able to mooch off my college roommate and another college friend. By the time college ended, both of their PS2s wouldn't play a handful of games or DVDs and every repair shop said it was a problem that couldn't be fixed. So while I loved the library for the PS2, I didn't

Maybe if the PS3 had any sort of backwards compatibility with the PS2 library this wouldn't have happened. But the PS2's game catalog is just too good to ignore.

Wow I've done all of these a remarkable amount of times.

I would love to see these things in person. I don't feel that the photos really do the pieces justice.

These shoes make my toes cold just by looking at them.

@chrisburlow: Well I just assumed that people who weren't artists ran around sticking their dominant hands into wheat threshers.

Considering that losing my right arm is way up there on the "things I fear" list (I draw things for money), this is pretty awesome.

The only thing I remember about the VMU is that I went through like three watch batteries in a year 'cause of it.

I've never enjoyed super spicy foods. I don't get any joy out of feeling like my tongue is on fire.

Now I have to decide between this and Weta Legs for my thousand dollar ridiculous purchase.

@djscruffy: I would look very strange with a normal sized pecker, considering that I am a lady.

@djscruffy: I'm sorry, I couldn't read your sign over the sound of how I can get everything I could possibly ever want from my own super awesome super powers.

@djscruffy: Yeah, but I wouldn't give a shit about the rest of y'all either. : )

That animation was gorgeous.
