I don’t think it suggests that anyone SHOULD abandon goodreads, only that that there are alternatives.  Personally, I ditched goodreads when it started to lose focus a little bit, so it’s nice to see a few alternatives that provide the original functionality that drew me in in the first place.

This is fantastic!  I loved the game Axelay, in large part due to the artwork and soundtrack.  I think I still have the cartridge packed away with the rest of my SNES gear that I didn’t quite have the heart to sell or give away.
