It should be noted that even though this is the disc version of the console, Spider-Man 2 is included in the form of a voucher. So if you were expecting the game to come on a disc as well, keep in mind that it does not.

You have a couple on here, but pretty much any PG-13 superhero movie will be good for kids. Superhero movies are already basically for kids (I say this as an adult fan) and adult content is usually kept to a minimum for purposes of mass appeal. That said, my favorite “your PG-13 movie can say ‘fuck’ one time but…
I will just never understand how the definition of meat is “food from animals” and some people think that fish shouldn’t included. I know people do think that, but I wholeheartedly think they’re absolutely wrong. Being a pescatarian is totally fine, preferring fish or other seafood to beef or pork (or chicken or…
Double Dash wasn’t my first Mario Kart (it was my fourth, after Mario Kart 64, Super Circuit, and emulated Super Mario Kart which I never got into), but it may have ended up as my favorite. Though I’ll fully admit that that’s largely just because my dad and I played a lot of Double Dash when I was in high school (if…
Haha that was my preferred character combo as well.
I loved Double Dash and played a TON of it on the Gamecube, but I almost never did the co-op mode. If I were playing with someone, we each had our own kart and our own two racers (strategically chosen not just for weight but also for special item choices - mine were Bowser Jr and Paratroopa). It was just more fun that…
I’m in NC, so the coast is right there, but for whatever reason growing up we were just never a fish household. Even today there’s a lot of seafood I’ve never bothered trying for one reason or another.
I recommend this recent feature from Last Week Tonight regarding the FDA and food safety:
Same. I had one pretty close and then I moved a couple years back.
Not that much has changed - give me something with the same scale and complexity of GTA5 with current-gen graphics (and shorter loading screens) and I’ll be happy with GTA6. I just don’t want them to feel like they have to reinvent the wheel with this because it’s been over a decade.
Yeah, it’s funny - go back to the PS1 controller and it’s basically a retooled SNES controller and when they released the dual stick model (even before the PS2 DualShock) they just put them where it was easiest - in the middle. Both because, as you said, that was the cheapest way to manufacture them, but also because…
I don’t have a PS5 or an Xbox Series. I do have a PS4 and an Xbox One (and before that a PS3 and an Xbox 360). Xbox was ALWAYS my go-to for non-Nintendo games - my PS was only for exclusives, so by definition my Xbox got more playtime. But in the past few years, I’ve slowed down my gaming, mostly just playing the big…
I remember playing the original on the PS1 when I was like 12-13, I don’t remember much about the story or characters and I know I never beat it, but I’m definitely planning on buying this. Maybe not at release (I’m still working my way through the FF Pixel Remasters and I have the Super Mario RPG rerelease in a few…
It’s a good tip, but to be honest I don’t know that I know anyone who uses their ceiling fan to warm their house/room in the winter. Even when it’s cold out, the fan is to create a bit of a cooling breeze so you don’t get too hot with the heat on.
That’s exactly why the terms clockwise/counter-clockwise exist - the top blades/hands go to the right on the top, but to the left on the bottom.
The main thing is that a wristwatch sits on your wrist, easy to see without having to take anything out of a pocket or bag or even hold anything in your hands. A smartwatch does the same thing except with more information and interactive functionality.
I’m not sure if you’re being serious but for most people their smartphone already fulfills that role. I’d be curious to hear what you would want in a pocket smartwatch (smart pocketwatch?) that your phone doesn’t give you.
