Oh definitely, the man’s a legend for a reason, I was just making a joke.

Who’s gonna tell Miyamoto how mushrooms and fireballs work? Raccoon tails?
Last year my local store turned off the bag scales and it made things SO much easier. Not only do you never get the unexpected “unknown item in the bagging area” errors, you can just freely move your full bags back into your cart while you’re still scanning or just leave some larger/bulkier items in the cart entirely.…
Right, great example. Ahsoka is about the only person still alive who cares about the distinction between “Jedi” and anything else.
As others have said, “sellotape” is a UK thing. Blew me away when I realized that because I finally understood why Harry Potter had magical “spellotape”.
I get what you’re saying about the length, I just didn’t feel that way. I feel like if they had extended it further, it would have felt long.
So many people want them to have a “Grey Jedi” because it was in the 90s books and some things from the 90s books (like Thrawn) have been brought back in. But if there were a way to sustainably sit on the fence between Light and Dark, that makes every Jedi who fell all the way to the Dark look pretty weak and stupid fo…
Right, if a Jedi allows the Force to pass through them, maybe Sabine is just looking to it for pointers here and there. It’s still there and it can still help her, but she won’t be a Jedi.
They’re traveling significantly faster than light, but it’s also good to remember that they can almost never travel directly from point A to B. They have to use the existing hyperspace routes and those are often not direct, which allows for travel to generally be as quick or as slow as the plot needs it to be.
It’s funny, the Kotaku review (I know, I know) kept going on and on about how short the episode was. But if they tried to add 10 minutes to it just to reach an arbitrary length, it would have been a lot worse IMO.
It seems as if Ahsoka has something else in mind for Sabine. Not a by-the-book Jedi. More a Force-using ally. Something Star Wars fans often refer to as a “Gray Jedi.” Not quite a full light-side Jedi and not quite a full dark-side Sith.
I don’t think Ahsoka (the character) is saying that the Jedi “suck” or that they would be wrong for not training someone like Sabine, I think she’s saying that the Jedi discounted the abilities and contributions of everyone whose Force-sensitivity ranked below a certain threshold (and Huyang, as a “living” embodiment…
Yep, it’s a great tip for signing up for other things but also won’t help you find a unique Gmail address.
“It’s 2023, so it’s unfortunately slim pickings out here, especially if you don’t want to use numbers or periods.”
Absolutely. At least Xbox doesn’t require the same.
I’m imagining when he was a kid and the teachers gave an audible sigh when they got to his name in roll call.
“It is important that car owners routinely check their tire pressure,” Pszczolkowski says. “We have concerns that car owners who use nitrogen might check their tire pressure less often. That would be a mistake.”
It’s worth noting that the Backbone, in addition to being half the price of the Playstation Portal, also works on Xbox and Steam games. You have to provide your own device and the screen may be a little small depending on the size of your phone, but depending on how much you intend to use it, it might be a good option.
You should also be aware of what rechargeable batteries you have and, if you’re expecting an outage, have them charged. This not only includes things like power banks or other portable chargers but laptops and any UPSes you may have. If you have battery-powered electric tools, you might be able to buy a USB power…
